How much horsepower is in Btu ?

i'm buying a new Air Conditioner and the power is always typed in Btu (eg: 12000 Btu) and i want to know how much btu is horsepower; like 1 HP = ? Btu

ACs are rated in BTU/hour, not in BTU, although it is sometimes stated incorrectly.

1 HP = 2545 BTU/hour

1 kW = 3412 BTU/hour

1 kW = 1.34 HP
