  1. Human life is worth one eternity in Heaven knowing you lived a life that shed light on others while on earth.

  2. to a stranger - nothing.

to their loved ones - quite a bit

    to god - everything

but if you wanna get real into it (lol)

    i'd say $10,000

    :)

  3. I suspect  I would have to pay a small ransom for someone to end my life for me ... immortality in capture is h**l ...

  4. As a joke i would say 1p, hehe, we're all gonna die anyway, technology last waaayyy longer than us.

Plus, i dont think you can aput a price on human anway, we're actually not that special as much as we are great a race.

  5. For me it's around $50 an hour.

    My lawyer asks for more.

    My gardener asks for less.

Economic trends imply human life is cheaper in places like China and almost worthless in much the third world.

People like to say life is priceless.

But when they sell their time or buy the time of others the matter of worth comes up pretty quick.

  6. ... What, you want a dollar amount or something?

There isn't a set 'price' for the worth of human life.

  7. I think, in the Western world, people put too much value on human life...  The East is said to have Opium while the West has women.  Women can be Hot as h**l.  However, heroin doesn't talk back to you:) EVAR, no matter what you do!!!  I think the only reason most North Americans stay alive and go to their ***************************** 9-5 jobs all week is because they don't want to "disappoint" their family.

Let's face it.  To the government we are worth a penny.  To our family we are worth more.  If we are old?  We are worth a lot more kissing ***.  If we are young we are considered a "tragedy" to die young.

But according to this God, we're supposed to have eternal life!!!!!!  So IF that's true, then this life is just a blip on the map...

  8. $6.9M.

It was on the news lately, from a Washington govt. agency.  Down from $7.3M a decade ago.  (Gone down from more obesity, who knows?)  This is important, because to determine whether to use a safety or anti-pollution measure, the govt. would way the cost of the measure vs. the dollar value of lives saved.  If the cost of lives saved is less than the cost of the cost of the measure, they don't enact the measure.

  9. The value of life cannot be quantified in dollar amounts. I'm pretty sure it can't be quantified period, by any means, whether by measurements or systems or numerical statistics. Life, in general, is invaluable.

  10. there is no comparison for life worth, because there is no valid measurement for it. many try to value life worth based on the length of their life and all the experiences they have had over the course of it. there is a famous Tibetan proverb that challenges this assumption:

'It is better to have lived one day as a tiger than a thousand years as a sheep'

ultimately though, measuring life worth is completely relative and arbitrary, and thus pointless to assess. the only real value that can determined of life is whether or not it is worth living. obviously, that value can only be determined by an individual alone.

  11. $.52

  12. a plug nickel....  We are but a speck of sand in all the deserts of the world.  From the perspective of the Universe, we do not exist.

  13. Check ebay.

  14. Priceless, for we are all different and can bring so many different experiences to the table.

  15. Nothing really, when it comes down to worth. You certainly can't do anything with a life. But it means everything to a person, and those who love that person. Humans would, after all, be nothing without life.
