I am a 1 year experience guy in software field with salary package 2.6.

So how much i asked as my package in next company.

It will depend upon your qualifications and ability to undertake high assignments. One year experience is not good enough to dictate your terms.

Better get some more experience, creat a situation where your services are in demand, let the counterpart feel that you are competant for the job work and than you can set your terms.

Normally, an addition of 1.50 lacs over your current package is excepted provided your competance is realised by the new company whom you intend to join.

For one year experience the salary ranges from 1 lac to 12 lac per year. It depends upon your own capabilities.

Your English knowledge suggests that you have still to pass your matriculation exam.

In fifth standard we were taught to write I and not i.  a 1, guy, 2.6. further states a sorry state.

It is you who have to tell as how much you asked.

Hi this is my third company now, after one year my package was 3.6. I think you should ask around 4.0 . It also depends on the profile you are getting take care of that also as this is just the start of your career.

If u are relocating to the same city/region .. then it shd be minimum 30% of current

if to the other state .. minimum shd be at least 50% more

Well....it depends on ur technology and ur worth. If you are in networking, embedded systems, or ERP then u can expect more package.

Generally new company will give 30-50 % hike of the present salary. Some of the companies will give as per thier standards irrespective of the current package.
