  1. 2-5 bucks depending on how good of a service they gave you! thats my opinion

                                                             hope I helped

  2. 10% or a little over that.. for example: $20 = $2, but if a good waitress, I usually leave 3$ every time, if not so good, $2

  3. Ordering line or Buffet restaurant servers generally ask that you just leave a few bucks.  Its nice to leave a tip as per how big a mess you made because they also have to clean your table when you're done.  They do generally make at or just above min wage so in the end, it's up to you.

Sushi places are entirely different.  When you eat sushi it is customary to leave a 20% tip, though with the way you order at your sushi place I probably wouldn't leave that much.  If the servers there also refill beverages and make sure your meal is going well then I would say 15 percent is good.  When eating sushi you're really tipping the chefs, the servers get a decent cut, but the chefs get a good percent.  You also want to tip well at the sushi place you frequent most to get the best cuts of fish and higher quality rolls.

  4. that's entirely up to you.  if you ordered at the counter, depending on the restaurant...when you sign a credit card slip or pay you can add a tip if you wish.

  5. u should just pay the person who takes ur order because they do the most work and i've tried to do that and they didn't take it
