according to food and drink review book 1999, the fruit and vegetable iron content in guiness is about 3% per 450ml

Not sure how much is in it... but I do know that it was standard over in Europe to give it to the Mothers after they had their babies if they were  anemic. So it must have a pretty good amount in it.
