  1. Not much of anything because they don't use the lire anymore - they use the Euro.

    Back when the lira was still in use (2001), it would have been about $500.

  4. now we have euro... so you have to change first in euro and then in dollar... 1,000,000 lire=516.45 euros because: 1 Euro = 1936,27 Lire.... then today: 516.45 euros =812,6851 dollars....

    Italy now uses Euros though, so your lire are no more. They are worthless, except possibly to a charity!
