How much is -1.5 power glasses? Is it bad?

It's a pretty small power.  -0.25 to about -3.00 is slight myopia or nearsightedness.  It usually progresses as you get older until your late teens or early twenties.

Are you talking about readers? It's the next to lowest power.

Generally diopters up to -3 are considered as mild myopia. There's nothing to worry about it. If you are in your twenties, the chances of increase in the power are very minimal. However you may need to wear your glasses on a daily basis to avoid further increase in the diopter.

That's not too bad. It is considered mild.

But, you'll still need glasses to see anything far away.

This prescription will probably change as you get older though.
