  1. If you don't know this, you're not qualified

    to be giving Med.s.

If you're unsure get "hands and eyes on" supervision

from a qualified caregiver before you make a bad mistake.

    That said:

    Read the label.

To figure that, you need the concentration

    of your solution.

Med.s commonly label it as (?) per cc.

A Milligram is one thousandth of a gram

A Microgram is one millionth of a gram

    Please don't confuse the two.

  2. Micrograms is a measure of weight, where cc is a measure of volume and you can't convert between the two.  You would have to know how many micrograms of a substance per cc to know just how much medication to give to the patient.

  3. Can't tell.  A microgram is a weight, while a cc (cubic centimeter) is a volume.  You cannot convert between the two.  What I suspect is that 100 micrograms of something will be dissolved in a certain number of cc's of some liquid.

  4. depends on the density of the liquid. 100 micrograms is very tiny though. like 0.000001 cc! i think might e wrong though

  5. There is no standard conversion, as one is a measure of weight n other volume. In case the dosage written on the vial is 10mcg in 1 cc, then 100 mcg equals 10 cc. It differs from one drug to other.

  6. A microgram is a unit of mass, a cubic centimeter is a unit of volumne. There is no direct conversion.
