  1. Sorry, but your question doesn't make any sense.  Voltage is a measure of electrical force in an instantaneous situation, and it is independent of time.

    You may be asking how long the battery pack will last on an 18 volt cordless drill.  For that, you can consult the package the battery pack came in, or the manufacturer's web site.  The duration of the battery charge has nothing to do with the battery voltage.

  3. I'm afraid that you're asking an impossible question to answer. I doubt that your electric drill is designed to operate on 18 volts, in the first place. I can only guess that you have some info. that says the amperage rating for your drill is 18 amps. which would tell you that the drill would require 18 X 115 volts or 2070 volt/amperes of electrical power to operate it. That 'Power' provided by your electrical supplier over a period of time measured in hour-units would be what you would owe to the electrical power supplier based on its rate.

    Is that what you are really trying to find out?
