How much is 8 cups of watter in gallons?

cuz i drink my watter in bottles n i wanna try to drink at least 8 cups a day like we're supposed to..

Hopefully you never become a diabetic as you do not need that much water a day it is a myth sponsored by the water companys.

Your body can only process 1 liter of 32 oz a day and need no more, I am a diabetic and just attended a seminar and heard a lecture from a Diabetic Specialist and we here in Canada have been bombarded with the same retoric about drinking your 8 glasses of water a day, it is not necessary, you can live and function well with only have that amount and figure if you drink coffee, soft drinks, tea, milk and eat fruit your get even more than the water your drinking, so cut back and be healthier, stop listening to bad advice.
