The price of gold varies constantly, so you always have to look it up to generate a current value.  Right now*  gold is $815.70US / troy ounce.

*By the time you read this, it will have changed.

Anyway, your 14K gold is only 14/24 gold, so if you multiply the 80 grams by 14 and divide by 24, you get 46.666 grams of 24K gold in your 80 grams of 14K gold.  

A troy ounce weighs about 31.1 grams, so the current* price of gold is about $815.70 / 31.1 =$26.228US / gram

Multiply that by your 46.666 grams of 24K gold, you get an approximate value of  $1223.98US.

Note that the price changed twice while I wrote this, but it will give you some idea.  And of course the worth of anything is what someone will pay you for it.  Some people might offer you substantially less than "spot" price for it, but the difference ends up in their pocket.  I would recommend you hold out for something "close" to the price you calculate.  The buyer is allowed to make a profit, but he or she should not take advantage of you.
