  1. If it was only that simple...like stated above, there are so many things that must be considered to determine your premium, or whether you're even insurable at all.

Another option to consider is Ameriplan, they are a discount health benefits company who, unlike insurance companies, actually sign contracts with dentists and doctors to offer discounted prices for their members. For $39.95/mo. you can get physician, specialists, hospital, ancillary services, dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic savings, all for less than $40 a month.

You can see the plans at this website http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/cberney

If in fact you would like to speak with an Insurance agent to see what sort of premiums you would be looking at with traditional insurance, I have an associate of mine who is a licensed agent right there in Florida.

Contact me if you'd like to more or if you have questions. I can also pass along his contact info so that you can check out your options.

    Good Luck!

  2. Hello

There are various sites competing for their business.  Competition means a great advantage for the customer!  They provide free quotes.  I can provide that link if u r interested.  Mail me at ghanumal@yahoo.co.in

  3. How old is he?  How healthy is he?  What kind of deductible?  What coverages?

It could be anywhere from $200 a month, to $1200 a month, to not available.

  4. Depends on your age, health condition, and benefits of your health coverage.

Obviously, you do not need maternity care.  That would save you money! =D

Smaller the dedutible, usually higher the premium.

Watch out for the maximum out of poket.

Drugs: generic or brand or both?

Co-payment: how much you have to pay when you see the doctor and also other exam

Emergency & hospitatlizaion: In case you need to be hospitalized how much you are supposed to pay.

Usually it comes down to 3 choices

    1. cheap and easy to see doctor on normal bases (cold) but would cost you alot if you are hospitatlized.

    2. more expensive, but will provide you good coverage on hospitalization.  It would cost more to see doctors but also gives you great deal when you need exams.

    3. most expensive..you get what you paid for.

My advice is see an insurance agent who is honest and decent.   By looking at the chart from the internet does not really give you what you have to look out for.

  5. Ask Ray Hammersley Insurance Agency for a health coverage quote
