I need to know how much Yubel - Terror Incarnate is and how rare it is. Is it Super rare or Ultimate rare?

that yubel on this website, (www.yugioh-cards.net), costs $25. Its ultra rare and ultimate rare.

Yubel -Terror Incarnate come in ultra rare or ultimate rare out of the phantom darkness pack

it usualy runs around 15-18 dollars, and is verry verry hard to find

I went through literally 40 packs of phantom darkness and pulled the ultimate nightmare and yubel but still never got a terror incarnate

I had to order them for 18 bucks each.
