How much is a 1928-M standing liberty quarter worth? its is in below ok condition but not trash?

There were 3 1928 standing liberty quarters.  1928 plain no mint mark, 1928 d, and 1928 s.  The mint mark is on the overse next to the bottom star to the left of the date, if there is one.  The 1928 plain is the most common, but none of them are really very common because the dates tended to wear off very easily.  The number surviving with dates is very low.  Unfortunately, these coins are not greatly popular.  If they were they would be much more valuable.  

    A pretty much very worn coin but with a clear date trades for about $3.00 to $4.00 on Ebay.  If the date is strong and the rim is separated from the letters maybe $6 or $7.   Surprisingly,  the d and s mint marks which are much scarcer go for about the same price.  Pennies of the same mintage go for much much higher prices even though they were saved much more frequently.  Pennies are much more popular with collectors.
