How much is a 60 inch rear projection TV worth? It is 6 years old?

It is not a plasma or HDTV. I read alot about needing repairs on these TV's is it worth buying this TV? And if so how much is it worth

I would pass on this TV. Projection TV's are outdated and cost a bundle to repair.

Can't tell? Do you have children who use it for a storage area for peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches? Do you have indoor pets who use it for a tree? Are the colors true or does everyone look like they just ate fried eggs and rode a roller coaster, bright green? Does it have speakers and if so do they rattle, still have the speaker cloth in one piece on there?

I'm being silly, but any electronic device six years old is a risk. Unless it is next to nothing you may as well invest your money in something newer.:)

I work at Best Buy, and it would cost $129 for us to throw this tv away for you.
