We need a 7 days oyster travel card for adults (or 9 days) for zones 1 and 2, for tube and buses.

1) How much do we pay?

2) Do we need a photo?

  1. No photo needed, just approach the ticket desk!!! Why would they take a photo of everyone on the tube? It's all CCTV anyway,

    It'll be roughly 15 quid

not sure if they do 9 days though, you may have to do 7 days and then 2 days of "pay as you go" (same oyster card)

  2. I wish a 7 day travelcard was £12.50!!

You can't get 9 day travelcards so what you'll need to do is get a 7 day travelcard and then get one day travelcards for the two additional days.  An adult 7 day travel card will cost you £24.20, whilst the one day travelcard depends upon whether or not you get a peak or off peak card - peak is £6.80 and an off peak is £5.30.  The links below will take you to the TFL website detailing this:

(The links refer to the tube, DLR and overground, but all travel cards can be used on the busses too).

And no, you won't need a photo.  Photos are only needed for people who get special discounts e.g. students at London universities.

  3. no photo  but the ticket is expensive.

    £28.40 for a 1-3 weekly.you can't have 9 days

  4. all the prices are on this website

and no, you don't need a photocard for an Oyster card

  5. i dont think u need a phote,

and the adult fare is ( it depends on various zones)

    i think its £12.50

  6. Best to get an Oyster card https://oyster.tfl.gov.uk/oyster/guest/g...
