Too old.  Don't buy an engine that old.  You will have to spend money on repairs and parts are hard to get for the older engines.  A 1991 engine is not worth very much.  Make sure it is complete if you buy it.  Controls and cables, prop, and be sure to take it for a test run before you buy.  Its a real gamble if you buy it.  Good money on bad, doesnt work.

it depends on how you are going to sell it. i.e. does it run?, are you selling the controls also? do you have a title for it?

Here in Texas the motor is worthless unless a title accompanies it.
