Well I know that in the U.S you can get one from Walmart, Target or Toys R Us. They cost about $15.00.

well in aus there in k-mart for 7 dollars or in cheap as chips there in there for $3.50

Well, Im from Cali, but I found mine in Walmart, Walgreens, Target, Toys R us, Ebay.com And they cost in store about 14.99 on ebay prices differ because of the different sellers.
