You're best bet is to find out how much you can get from a card or sports memorabilia dealer.  They may appraise it based on condition, etc.

You off course can use that as a measuring stick on see how much people on Ebay are willing to pay for it.

You may find an old school fan or collector- who needs that piece of memorabilia.  There is a price guide for cards, basketballs, etc. but i don't think for Posters.

not much, Jordan signed so much stuff that the market is saturated with his autograph stuff, maybe in like 25 years you could get a pretty penny. Also you could try private auction houses.
