  2. I am guessing you mean a bale of hay. It depends where you need to buy it, which cutting and what the hay is made of. There is grass hay, grass/alfalfa mix and straight alfalfa.  You can pay anywhere from $2.00 to $4.50 depending on all the different factors involved.
