Not sure about the Phillipines, but I just got 2 new sea doos. They start around $15000. In my opinion sea doo should be your only consideration. They have been doing it the longest, the jet skis have way more features, they have a huge line with every imaginable jet ski for each person. Give sea doo a look.

I personally would recommend Yamaha, a Great ride and you can get them in the states around $7500-$15,000

Depending on how much HP you want and anything else that is extra you want.
