  1. $5 in South Gate, CA

  2. In America a double cheese burger on the McDonald's Dollar Menu is $1.00 + tax (6% in this state)

In Canada (Quebec) the dollar menu is called McValue or McValeur (in French). The same double cheese burger costs $1.39 + big tax (14% in this province).

  3. I don't know.........I never eat them!

  4. Here in Norway, a basic fast food single hamburger is roughly $3 USD, but a sandwich like a Whopper or a Big Mac is more like $8-10.  (At an average sit-down restaurant, a burger and fries will usually cost $25-30.)

You can find the entire Norwegian Burger King menu here:

  5. That depends. I could go to McDonald's and get one for less than a dollar. On the other hand, I had a $7.95 burger at a Persian restaurant last Sunday afternoon. I'm in Texas, USA

  6. 3 or 4 bucks in Canada
