How much is a crushed vetrabrae worth in a car accident?

my 65 yr old dad got hit by a van while walking on a car lot by the owner of the car lot and has a crushed vertabrae ....... with sciatic nerve problems

any clue what this is worth ......

also tinittus (ringing in the ears)

get in contact with your dad's lawyer.  He will contact the car lot's lawyer and get things going fairly quickly.

As im suffering from a very similar situation and waiting on surgery, and its 2am now in Australia, and I am still awake, because I cant sleep due to pain, I can tell you that no matter how much money he gets it in no way will make up for the pain and suffering he has to endure before it heals or the operation takes place.

BTW, the question shouldnt be how much money, the question should be how long will it take for my dad to get better.
