You'd have to be more specific about which Darkrai Lv.X you're referring to.  If it is the one from Great Encounters (GE, #104/106), it's value is about average for a Lv.X that hasn't really been considered "playable" (~$15-17 USD).  If it is the promo Darkrai Lv.X (#DP19) from the collector's tin, then the value depends on how available the tin is in a given area.  I believe retail price on the tin is ~$15 USD.  As far as promo cards, are you referring to the new Darkrai promo card (#DP24) that came in a collector's box (retail ~$20 USD)?  If so, value on that would also be dependent on distribution, but would likely not be more than the value of the collector's box itself.
