  1. Current exchange  rate is 11.022 Pesos to 1 Dollar

  2. The current exchange rate is 10,9988 mexican pesos for 1,00 USD. If you need to buy foreign currency before you go, try www.dobsonsvacations.com. I travel extensively and have utilized this site numerous times. If you need to buy currency, go to the site, once on their home page, located at the top right is Book Travel, click on this, the next page, go to the top bar and click on extras, scroll down to buy currency.

    Have fun!

  3. The Dollar is about 11.22/11.87 pesos

SODAS ARE ABOUT 5-15 PESOS MOST OF EM ARE 7

    MACHINE SODAS ARE 6 PESOS

  4. a dollar over there is about 9-10 pesos, now.

depends on where you get it exchanged.

So a soda would be like 10 pesos.

  5. most places will over charge you. People tried to charge me 25 pesos ($2.50) for 12oz can of sprite! You can buy at least a gallon of that in the US for that price. But they will most likely still take your american money and transfer with an exchange rate of 10 if you pay in cash. (if the soda is 10 pesos, you can just give them one american dollar) But its better to get the money exchanged, because then you get like 10.85 pesos per dollar and you will save money when buying stuff.

I noticed that, if you buy the soda from SOME stores, such as wall mart, they will give you the 100% exchange rate. So you will get that 10 peso soda for like $0.90 american!

  6. Prices for the same item or service can vary widely throughout the country depending on where you are in Mexico. It should be obvious that in the highly touristed areas or in very remote areas that the price for something as common as a soda or a taco will generally be more than it is in  most 'typically' mexican towns or cities.Hope this helps you and have a great time visiting Mexico!

  7. Any bank can give you current exchange rates.

  8. Things are cheaper in Mexico than in the U.S. A regular hamburger it's about 2 dollars, a taco is 3 pesos, a boat trip 300 pesos. that's just to give you an idea

  9. it will be a bit cheaper than if you were to buy one in the US........have fun.....  :-)
