the prices are declining everyday. For example, in Detroit, MI you can find a house used to cost $150,000 for 45-55k. Since 2006 national house prices decline at least 15% to 20%. In south central you can find house for lot cheaper then it used to cost...it is now a good time to buy house if you have lot of cash. it.  and it'll be good investment too if want to invest in real estate housing market. it'll take at least 5 to 10 years to balance our economy.
