How much is a house usually in guanajuato, mexico?

Boy, if you spent 2 million dollars building a house in uanajuato, the place would be some niiiiiice palace indeed. It would be so big and fancy it would make Beverly Hills cry.

In Mexico City an average sized two storey house with next to no garden in a decent suburb could cost you 100,000-200,000 US dollars. If you want a huge garden in a more fancy neighborhood, it could cost 500,000 dollars.

Small houses in rural areas with lots of free land would rarely cost more than 60,000 dollars.

I'm talking mostly Mexico City where everything in far more expensive. This kind of money would build you a house 3-4 times this size in small cities or even your very own Xanadu.

A new house? to rent or to buy?

A rent can cost you from 100 dollars to idk like 2,500 dollars a month depends of course on the house and the location ( not as important as the house i'd say)

To buy one? the cheapest cabin ready to fall like 10000 dollars maybe less, a nice house not that fancy from 50000-100000 dollars and you can go from there to idk like 2 o 3 million dollars a huge house or a large condo or something like that.
