How much is a memory card

hi,

im looking to buy a memory card for my camera/ video recorder and need one that will take over an hour long video without stoping?

how much would this cost? the slot is only an inch long.

there r many different types of memory cards.u need to know the name of the card like sd , memory stick , xd , micro sd , mini sd n so on.
