How much is a monthly train ticket from torquay to exeter central?

I found a site on here to buy a ticket online but asks for photo id number etc. before I can view the cost! I know its £5 return after 9am but wondering what a monthly ticket would be. Anyone know? Torquay - Exeter Central (not st davids or st thomas)
