  1. Okay, for guys with an average build who are not particularly muscular it's quite simple.  Start at 5 feet tall and 120 pounds then add 5 lbs for each inch of height.  You're 5'11, so 11x5=55.  Add that to 120 lbs and you should weigh around 175 lbs.  Bearing in mind that you're still young and developing you could come in under that weight and still be fine.  Anything too much over 175 and you could be looking at weight issues in later life.  As far as gaining a six pack goes, you need to exercise, concentrating on the abdominal muscles.

    The same calculation for weight can be used with women as well.  Just start at 100 lbs at 5 feet instead of 120, then add 5 lbs per inch.

  2. your weight should be 67-70 kg

    for abs

    crunches

    and

    leg raise

    drink water

    half hour before workout

    do cardio

    then

    side bending

    crunches

    leg raise

    it will shape ur abs well

  3. Well, I'm 5'11" and 15 years old, I only weigh about 130 lbs, but I'm thin so I don't know.

  4. i would say a healthy weight is about 120-130. If you have alot of muscle. :) If you dont think your fat then you probably arent.

  5. Try a web site with weight loss tools (BMI & calorie calculator). I use those from http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.p... Great web site and free too.

  6. 140 to 150 but if you are out of this bu a little its o.k though i dont think normal is the thing no one is normal maybe average

  7. Hey :)

    I don't think there's a set weight, it just depends on different people.

    I'd suggest calculating your BMI, and if it's within healthy you're alright :)

  10. 140-155lbs

    healthy weight chart (females only)

    5'0"=100lbs

    5'1"=105lbs

    5'2"=110lbs

    5'3"=115lbs

    5'4"=120lbs

    5'5"=125lbs

    5'6"=130lbs

    5'7"=135lbs

    5'8"=140lbs

    5'9"=145lbs

    5'10"=150lbs

    5'11"=155lbs

    (this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)

  11. To be model thin, yes, 130 would be an amazing feat. If you have muscle, than 160 would probably even be healthy, depends on how muscled, maybe more! There are so many healthy body types; Muscled, average, skinny. And the weights range. As long as you aren't having trouble carrying your weight. You know best how healthy you are--don't let others online influence you to much. . . they don't see you, you do!
