How much is a parakeet if i live around brooklyn park,MN 55444???

i want to get a parakeet or a cockatail but i want to know about a parakeet. also is a parakeet easier to take of than a cockatail or which one is easier. and which one is good for a first time pet owner. PS the only pet i ever had is a goldfish.

  2. Cockatiels are really messy so you will have to be willing to vacuum at least a few times a week. Cockatiels are load and males can be taught to whistle and talk a little little bit. Cockatiels live for 15 or so years.  

  3. parakeets are great first pets, it was my first pet and i have owned so many others like cockatiel,lovebirds,canaries and currently own a parrotlet. pet stores sell them for more. it is always best to get one from a breeder and it is cheaper get a handfed one that has been interacted with. they can cost any where from10$-70$. depends on colour,s*x, and handfed.

  4. parakeet is the easiest but also die very easy.  they are also super cheap.  cockatiel is a good bird stronger and larger more money but also easy to take care of.
