I don't think the demand for them is very high, so I don't think it would be worth for very much. You can check on E-Bay (if they're selling it) for what price it's being actiouned on for, or on another auction site.

Not sure, but probably not very much, if anything at all. McDonald's toys are mass produced, nothing is great about the quality of the product or are made from a well known toy manufacture , there are millions of McDonald's selling the same toy around the in the U.S.  alone, and the demand i do not believe is very high for them.

i'm guessing it's worth about as much as you paid for it.

depending on how far one is from you, it might be worth a trip to the nearest dumpster.
