How much is a pizza delivery fee?

I deliver in Indianapolis and most places average between a $1 - $3 delivery fee. My store charges $1.25.

Depends totally where you live in relation to the pizza store, my local charges 50p (thats a dollar) and i live about 3 miles from it!

In San Antonio, Texas it has historically been around $2, but with gas prices increasing, I am expecting to see this go up.

It depends on where you're getting the pizza. But if you are getting pizza from pizza hut it will be about $5.

I used to work for the LaRosa's call center. It varied by location, but most were $1.75 or $2.00. And this does not go to the drivers.
