Well, you can't just buy a scrapbook.  For the photo album, a pretty one is going to run you around $20.00.  You can buy a pack of scraping paper for around $10.00; and expect to pay anywhere from .99 to $4.00 for a sheet of stickers, then you need things like scissors, tape, glue sticks, markers, etc.

Wal Mart does carry scrapbooking kits which include an album, paper, stickers and needed tools- those run around $30. and should have everything you need, those are mainly for beginners and don't offer a large variety of choices.

Scrapbooking is an expensive hobby, it adds up!  When I make a scrapbook, all together I spend around $100.00... but it the end, it's worth it.
