  1. No.....just go to court and and see if you can take a defensive driving course, you will still have to pay the fine and the course fees but the ticket will not go on your record if you pass and stay clean for 6 months.

  2. im not sure about speeding tickets but im under 18 and i got in an accident(my fault) and got a ticket for it

i didnt have to go to court we just went up to the place, paid the ticket then i signed up for an online 4 hour traffic school to remove points off of my liscence

the ticket was for careless driving so im not sure about speeding but they may be the same or different

  3. Apparently your state requires juveniles to appear in court. I was a state trooper in Ohio and that is how Ohio does it also. The court I worked with, usually the fine didn't amount to much but some times they got their drivers license suspended. You need to pay attention to what you are doing and assume the law is watching all the time then you will become a good and safe driver. Spend your money on something better than fines. Good luck.

  4. Your under 18 and got a ticket for speeding. Don't worry to much about the fine. Don't worry about traffic school either. You just lost your license.

  5. Best answer for the one above.  He made me laugh!!

  6. just go plead not guilty and see it they will let you plead guilty to a non moving violation.

that won't hurt your insurance rates.

you can go to the courthouse and they can tell you how much the fine is.

but don't pay it or plead guilty.

it depends how fast you were going over the limit.
