Mother's income is ZERO.

No child support from father.

Baby is two months old.

Has to pay $500.00 rent.

How much would she get?

The calculators and whatnot on the government sites are confusing... please don't link me there.

  1. the best you can do is to just apply and take advantage of what they do give

  2. Not to be rude, but just call the welfare office and ask.  You're not going to get a straight answer on here and it would be very disappointing to be given a high figure only to find out that you don't qualify for that much.  They're there to help, it's confidential and they won't think any less of you for asking about it.  Good luck.
