hairstylist here in the u.s. wondering how much a decent women's haircut is in copenhagen?

its sooo expensive here (granted we make more). I get a cut and color that runs from 800 to 1,000 kroner which is 160 to 200 dollars....and more if i get my extensions in. To get my extensions out it costs 300 kr. (divide by 5). I know too alot of hairdressers even work out of their home because they make more and can avoid paying taxes and then it is also much cheaper but u have to be friends with one to get that.

I also get my nails done and its 425 for a fill (sooo expensive).

250 Dkr, about $50 USD currently.  25% of that is VAT (sales tax).  Tipping is not required.  You might find some as cheap as 150 Dkr, and very easily could find them more than 250 Dkr--up to maybe 400, so... $30-$80, but at least $50 for something consistently good.
