If you mean a U.S. large cent 1837 then it is worth $18 in grade good up to $80 in grade extra fine. There is a large spread in value due to the cent being much rarer in high circulated grades.The values are about what a dealer would pay. If it is an English 1937 Penny then it is worth $1 in low circulated grade to $100 or more in high circulated grades. These are sell prices. Of course the English Penny would be worth more in Great Britain than here is the states. Hope this helps.
