How much is an ML Leddy saddle worth?

I have been offered an ML Leddy saddle. It is very old, but is in pretty good condition. THe fleece is still good. The saddle has 2 scuffs, but good other than that. The serial number is in the 2 thousands and I was told it was actually built by ML Leddy. I see they sell all over the place from $500 to well over $3000. I really don't know how to evaluate if I am getting a good deal on it. Is there any place that can help me get the value in a range?

HEY U CAN  ASK TO PAY AROUND $350 -  $450   THE SELLER PROBABLY DOESN'T NO THE ACTUAL VALUE PLUS   U SAID ITS SCUFFED A BIT SO USE THAT TO UR ADVANTAGE $350 OR $450 IS A GOOD  DEAL UR JUST GOING TO BE USING IT SO DON'T PAY TO MUCH $500 TOPS ..... TAKE MY ADVISE
