How much is bus fare from Guadalajara airport to Morelia?

sept 28, '07 I'm traveling with a companion who is from Michoacan. We fly from seattle, wa. to mexico city, then to Guadalajara. How do I find a bus/cab from Guadalajara airport to Morelia, and whats to cost to expect for this.

Take the ETN bus from the bus station in GDL to Morelia (about 3-4 hours).  It takes the autopista and is the most comfortable.  If their schedule does not work check the other bus lines at the bus station and make sure it is first class or executive and that they take the autopista.  The cost of the bus is about $25.

About $40 including taxi to the central and bus to Morelia.   I agree that you should look for first class or executive.  The price difference will feel like 'nothing' but the comfort level is a big difference.  Grupo Senda has great buses.

At the airport there are cabs that take you directly to the bus station, that must cost you like 7 bucks, then you take the bus to Morelia (preferably Primera Plus, it is the safest), and that must be around 45 to 50 bucks tops.

Don't take Flecha Amarilla buses or anything cheaper, they usually don't respect the speed limits.

Primera Plus buses are quite safe, not too expensive and clean.
