How much is each year worth towards your final degree result?

Just clueless about how the results system works. i know that your second year result is worth more than your first year, and your third year result is worth more than your second year towards your final degree mark. But by how much? How much is your first year result, worth towards your final degree mark? How much is your second year mark worth? And how much is your final year result worth towards your final grade?
