How much is gas supposed to be by the end of summer???

i live in chicago and gas is already over 4 dollars in fact its $4.21 per gallon is it going up even further?? How much further??? Give me all the information you have because if it goes up even more my parents cant afford it and well then we cant go on vacation!!

If the democrats have their way, which they do because they control both houses, it will be over $6/gallon.  Their way of "curing" the energy prices is to raise taxes on corporate america whom they despise.  This will not produce one drop of oil and will even cause shortages.  Also, it will not increase government revenue because the oil companies will have no reason to drill as much or look for more supply.  If you are old enough, remember the "Carter" days of 21% inflation and 14% unemployment and long gas lines with even/odd days when you could get gas.  Those were a democratic UTOPIA days!!!!  Yeeeee Haaaaa!!!

I think it will hit $10 before there is a revolt in this country which will do no good.

I heard $5. But that would depend on where you live. But throughout the U.S. it should be around $5 on average.

I think it will be 5.80 per gallon or more, by aug.

oil went up 10 dollars yesterday, and its 3.97 in texas, i believe it will get to 6 dollars if the oil keeps going up
