Most every station I pass now are at $3.43 or better. I live near Chicago but still in Cook county, I want to start a petition to get the county's name changed to "Crook" County! Seems like thats what we got a load of these days. If you want to know there are some things we can to to lower the price, only fill up at station that don't us imported crude oil in their refining. Conoco,BP/Philip, Sunoco are a few of those that don't . Stay away from Shell, BP/ Amoco, Mobile, Texaco and Citgo. They do import millions of barrels a day from OPEC and South America.
