If you are qualified for upgrade/ New customers will cost you $199.

If you are an AT&T customer but does not qualify for an upgrade then it will be $399.

If you want to to purchase it without any contracts, then that will be costing you $599.

If you are a new customer or a current customer eligible for an upgrade, the cost of the phone is $199 for the 8GB version and $299 for the 16GB.  There is no 4GB iPhone.
