How much is insurance for mopeds?

i dont want specifics but what is the range?

More that car insurance,same less?Is it really worth it?

You typically don't need any insurance to operate a moped.  If you have health insurance you are covered if you are injured on a moped.  Since a moped isn't likely to cause much property damage or injury to other motorists, insurance isn't nrequired.  If your talking about a scooter or motorcycle above a certain horsepower rating insurance may be required.  But the basic 35 or so mph moped is treated just like a bicycle in most locales.
