  1. Log on to a price comparison site, enter all the details which will be asked, the site will then give you the best deals available to you.

  2. You should go to http://www.buy-car-insurance-online.net and get a free online car insurance quote. They will give you acurate information and try to get you the best rates from all best insurance companies out there.

  3. There are that many questions that an insurer would need to ask you to assess the risk involved before quoting a price that I couldn't even hazard a guess on the information I have available. We would need to know things like the exact model of the car, where the car will be kept when not in use, the age of the car, how the car will be used, the level of cover and excess and drivers you require and the driving history of all drivers, but unfortunately, until you get some driving experience behind you, it will not be cheap. In fact, there are a lot of companies who will no longer insure drivers aged under 25 as that is considered a high risk group based on the volume of claims they receive from that age group.

My advice would be to approach a price comparison web site or an insurance broker as they will check lots of different insurers for you and you can then see who will give you the best deal. You need to remember though that the cheapest is not always the best, and once you have got your quote, it may be worth getting another quote direct from the company as the price comparison site may be charging commission, which you may not have to pay if you go directly to the company. It is also often cheaper to insure online than it is on the phone.
