That comic is actually called Marvel Comics Presents #16.  The price guide value is listed at $2.50.  You aren't likely to sell it for more than a dollar though, and that's if it is in near mint condition and with a lot of luck.  Marvel mass produced just about all their comics around that time and the demand for them is very small compared to the abundance that are available for sale.
