  1. you could go to the emergency room at your local hospital and tell them that you are pregnant and think that you are having a miscarriage and they will first pee test you then they will hook you up to an ultrasound machine you don't have to have your parents with you the only thing that you need is your social security number and if your on medicad take that card with you also

  2. You're a minor - everything needs parental consent.  NO your nanny cannot help you because she is not your parent.  If you don't have insurance then neither do your parents. If they have insurance, you do too but you just don't have an insurance card.  That's a difference.  There are free clinics out there, but you STILL need a parent because you are not consentable until 17 or 18 (depending on where you live).  First of all, go to the pharmacy and get a pee test there to find out if you're absolutely pregnant for sure since you say "IF i'm pregnant".  If you're not, you're just having an irregular cycle which is normal in teen-hood.  If it's positive you need to tell your parents ASAP and if you're not pregnant for crying out loud, get yourself some condoms so that you're not going through this again next month.

  3. your 14 so you will need parental consent unless your nanny will help you but at 14 hun how would you know what a miscarriage is?

If you are spotting or bleeding it can be common with no problems

  4. blood test is the most acurate at this time, but ultrasound can help ,you should see the pregnancy sac in the uterus at this time in a normal pregnancy

  5. Why would you think that?

There are many free clinics out there, that give free blood tests. But you sound sure your pregnant. Go to your local health department.

They'll also help you fill out medical insurance application.

Yes you would need your parents to sign for you.
