Right i have been thinking about going to ibiza next summer but everyone has said it cost £30-£40 to get in all of the clubs. Is this true? If so, how come loads of people go?

  1. I have been 3 times and I hope I can help you out...

clubs are so expensive in ibiza because the seasn is so short, may-september and if you go there off season, it's a ghost town

the whole island is geared up towards these few months of cramming all the best djs and clubbers into one place and squeezing as much money out of them

but it is the best place in the world if you want to party, and there are so many great nights every week, you won't believe it

pacha and space are the two best clubs on the island by a mile,

and if you speak to anyone who has a clue about the place, they will tell you not to stay in San antonio, but stay in either Ibiza town or figueretas.. san antonio has a really bad atmosphere and is crammed full of pissed up brits looking for trouble, whereas figueretas is close to the best clubs and has a nice relaxed family atmosphere, so when you get home from clubbing, you will actually be able to get some sleep, and you will need plenty of sleep if you want to keep going out every night

we used to bring about 2,500 euro to spend for 2 weeks and you would be lucky to come home with much change out of it

best time to go is late august or first week in september to catch all the best nights and the closing parties

  2. It can cost anywhere up to 50€ to get into the clubs in Ibiza but that is if you turn up at the door without a ticket and pay there and then.  If you plan your nights pre-book your tickets and go to the pre parties you can see some of the best DJ's in the world for not a lot and that is why people come here year after year.

You can't beat the big clubs when a big name DJ is there and the whole club is buzzing to the music.  People come here for the whole vibe of the Island and for the experience and the music.

However, you can do it for less money than they advertise.  Sign up to all the clubs websites and keep an eye on guest list access etc.  Go to the pre-parties (same big names mostly free entry).  Don't drink in the clubs as that is a rip off and buy your tickets in advance.

If none of that works move here and get to know people and then you normally get in for free anyway (except in august when you are too busy and the clubs, taxis and whole island is generally crazy so you stay away anyhow).  Problem solved Sunshine and free club entry what more could you want?

  3. Clubs in Ibiza are very expensive, especially the bigger one, like Pasha .... up to 100 Euros on certain nights.

The best way to avoid paying anything is to go out in Dart Villa (the old town of Ibiza city) in the evening, and catch a free entrance from the gogo boys/girls doing publicity in the bars. Be sure to look pretty though! These free entrances have certain conditions to them, like arriving early, but it's worth it.

Keep you eyes open too on the beach of the Salinas (the g*y/partly nudist beach) where free passes are also given during the afternoon.
