Depends on how much you want to spend,  I guess you could get 1 small pizza and 1 small coke for everyone to share,  and give each kid 1 quarter to play a game.

It is not expensive but it is not fun for parents. They used to serve pitchers of beer for the adults putting up with the screaming mayhem, but they do not anymore.  Look for a place with beer!

I don't think it would be extreamly expensive. I suppose it's the number of people.
